Orders placed by 18:00 on a working day are delivered the next working day, in a plain parcel. You can also collect from the pharmacy, usually within two hours.

Yes. Write to us from the contact page or reply to any order email, and a registered pharmacist will answer the same working day.

Not yet. Online we sell medicines you can buy without a prescription, vitamins, care products and health devices. Bring prescriptions to the pharmacy.

Unopened products that are not medicines can be returned within 30 days. For safety, medicines cannot be returned once they have left the pharmacy.

Every medicine comes with its leaflet. Read it before you start, and tell us about other medicines you take: some do not mix.
